Reverse engineering is applied when original drawings, specifications, or spare parts are not available. In motor and generator repair, this is often required for critical components such as shafts, sleeves, housings, couplings, and special mechanical fittings.
Our process involves detailed dimensional measurement, material identification using metal analyzers, and functional evaluation of the component. Based on this data, the part is reproduced using precision machining and fabrication methods available in our workshop. This ensures that the recreated component meets the required mechanical strength, fit, and operational performance.
