Concept

Dynamic balancing is the process of correcting mass distribution in rotating components to eliminate unbalanced forces during operation. Imbalance can lead to excessive vibration, bearing failure, and reduced equipment life.

Application of Our Facility and Equipment

Dynamic balancing is performed using CEMB ZE2000G belt-driven machine and heavy-duty MBS direct-coupled balancing system, capable of handling rotors and assemblies up to 20 tons. Components such as motor rotors, generator rotors, impellers, and shafts are balanced under controlled conditions to achieve precise correction of unbalance.
